Ok all the stuff I am trying with this card is resulting in lackluster overclocks. I read somewhere where you have to disable ATI hotkey and something else in services but how do I actually do this? I have ATI Tool for the voltage increases and an Overclocking utility for the clock speeds. Any help would be great. I have aftermarket cooling and am wanting to go at least 700/800.

i use ati tool beta 11 as it's the only one that actually works with my card.
700/800 should be easy to hit. use beta 11 and simply set the core voltage to 1.325 (where the sapphire xtpe bios sets it to) leave mem volts alone. then you should be able to up the vaules to 700/800 and hit apply. run a bench performance should be much better.

Yeah, it isn't that easy for me. I think I got a dud card. I have an Accelero on it so cooling is not an issue. I have used the Overclocking program and ATI Tool Beta 11,12,14 to no avail. The max I can get is like 685/785 and I have to use way to much voltage compared to what I am reading around the net for that. Oh well. I got the 256MB version for 280$. It is still a hell of a card. Especially since I only payed about a hundred bucks for it after selling my unlocked GTO. Now instead of half of my games at 16x12 with all goodies, all of them are 16x12 with all goodies. (except FEAR, lol but that is 2xAA 16xAF as well.) 
Maybe should have coughed up the extra 30-40$ for the 512 version. Like, I said though, oh well.

ah the 256mb version, perhaps trying to mod the bios in the new rabit would help, but I dunno, nothing I tried in rabit seemed to work, only gave me bad flashes lol.
