Ok so i need to shut down the 350mhz idle mode on my i7-3770 hd4000.
The problem is that recently patched guild wars 2 tends to bug off and drop fps when the card goes idle (and it does for a moment when i browse tp etc...) its pretty annyoing as the game bugs off and i need to restart it (and then it usualy just crash or freez) to get the fps to normal ammount again.

The problem is i have no idea how to make it stay at 1150 at all times.

Is there an updated driver from Intel for the integrated graphics? Sounds like a driver issue to me.

Well i tried using diffrent drivers and it only happens with guild wars 2 so i think the game is the problem.

Guild wars has always done this! Really there isn't much to do other than complain to them or wait for the new patch.
