Temps look very good honestly, I wouldn't see a need to seek for any better...I would honestly trim my fan speeds for a quieter rig and go for a little higher on temps. Nice work. Very nice temps imho. Sure they could be cooler, but I'd see no reason for them to be, unless that's your thing.

I'm going to be getting a motherboard that I can overclock my CPU with, either an Asus P8Z77 V-Pro or splurge for an Asus V formula board on ebay. Along with an ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme IV Enthusiast VGA Cooler. Why not, lol. Next thing is to get this behemoth of a case quieter with some sound dampening.

From my temps right now what do you guys estimate I could get out of an overclock? I know they are all different...

So I applied my new thermal paste (Masscool G751 Shin-Etsu) and there is not much of a difference. While gaming it seems like the cores may be a degree or 2 warmer but it is more even across all the cores. Where as before some of them were cooler but fluctuated more. Temps are still more than acceptable, just being picky I guess. But the idle temps are 1-2 degrees cooler. I am getting these results though within the first few hours after applying so maybe they will change a little after it sets a bit. I don't know.

Those temps are great.
Room temp is 19
Using AMD stock heat-sink.
My cpu idle is 26
My gpu idle is 28
while playing games like cs:go,TF2, L4D it goes to:
My cpu load is 50-53
My gpu load is 50-57
currently only a 120mm exhaust fan on the back of the case, but when summer comes then I will have to turn on the 2 on top and 2 in front of the case.
Last summer I almost reached the thermal limit on my cpu while playing NFS hot pursuit (the temp was 68 degrees and 70 is the safe limit so now I'm saving for an aftermarket cooler).

Seams low even with stock clocks. Use realtemp or HWMonitor not Speedfan

Also you might want to try Intel burn test
