    i've not seen a HP mod but i have seen some older dell XPS mods.

    im currently using a gateway FX case slightly modded with a few extra fans. nothing major yet.

    Hole saw. Thing is, the case is pretty bad. I have one at work and the metal is thin and flimsy.

    Yeah, it only have 1 exhaust fan and none intake fan

    can be modded with limitations. You can actually make the hole for fans at top and from with Hole saw or even with a grinder (if your good at it)

    more over you can paint it to other color with vinyl job and install a side windows as well or perhaps turbine fans. It all depends how you work it out with your creativity
