Ah sorry thought you meant it was working.
You will need Different SLI then, to be able to SLI cards with different vram.
http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=158907

You will still need HyperSLI, so just follow the steps and install Different SLI.

I install hyper sli, 320 driver and DifferentSLI 320.18 modded driver.
In nvidia control panel now I have SLI option, when i turn on SLI, in windows change composition for standard (not Aero). When i turn for example 3d mark ventage, Far Cry 3, battlefield 3 I can Black window with smoke : Controller Nvidia was unexpectedly turn off, but has recovered.
In right down desktop I can Windows 7 Complication 7601 Test mode.
When I turn game, or 3dmark i can black window, computer restart and system windows automaticly uninstalled nvidia drivers :(
Sorry, but I learn english now :D

Its a bit hard to understand what is happening...
Are you able to enable SLI ?
Running any game/software with SLI in windowed mode WILL crash/bsod the computer.
If you managed to enable SLI, when running a game make sure it is not set to window mode.

But i also have intel badaxe board, that supports Xfire only.
If i install win7 64bit, 320.18 drivers & different sli, would i still have to install hypersli?
My cpu supports vt-x.(E6400)

Yes you need to install both HyperSLI and DifferentSLI.

Look here it is out cause I said its out. And that wasnt for your little noob comments. That was so anatoly can make the new version of HyperSLI, and so other non noobs who know of this can install it and check it out incase they were unaware(very close to XP snappiness better upgrade than from 7 to 8 in terms of kernel/os performance all the menus, webpages, installers have less latency in the gaps inbetween). I don't even use it(HyperSLI) anymore, but I have allot of respect for this hack/tweak.

GTX 760's

Having some issue with this patch and hoping you guys can help me out.

I have a Crosshair IV Formula MOBO - Does not support SLI
AMD Phenom II X6 1090t Thuban
and until recently I had a Asus ROG Matrix 5870 2gb

I switched to a GTX 760 about a week ago and saw a huge performance leap.
2352 Passmark to 4852 Passmark score

I read online about how 2 760's in sli can outperform a GTX Titan and bought a second Asus GTX 760. I was running the current beta drivers, 326.80.. I installed the 2nd card and the drivers for it, rebooted, installed the HyperSLI from this posts first page using the "Latest HyperSLI" link. and I can boot into HyperSLI Windows 7 64bit just fine. The hypersli tray tool is running and says everything is fine. I go into the Nvidia control panel and try to enable SLI and my computer freezes. I tried rolling back to the stable driver, 320.46 and I can get sli to enable in the NVCP but when I try to run passmark I get an error from windows saying my display adapter failed and has recovered.

I am going to install 326.49 and see what that does, but I figured I would post here so that maybe someone can help me through this. I'm willing to stream, I have a voice server (mumble) and wouldn't be opposed to doing it over the phone even. Let me know.

Edit: 326.49 did the same thing, freezes up while trying to enable in the NVCP. Trying 326.19 Beta now
Edit2: 326.19 Did the same thing, also started having yellow and blue fullscreen freezes. At this point I don't know what to do...
Edit3: Wiping the machine and installing Windows 8 Fresh install, then hypersli, then newest non-beta drivers... if that doesn't work, or if no one here has any suggestions I guess I'll just send the card back and get my money back.

Your having the same problem that dawcior-al has.
You got virtualization enabled in bios ?

Another user: paradexes had a similar problem, you might want to try what he did:
So to recap here is what I did to get it working on a Tyan S8225 (this could work for other boards with this issue).
PreReq install hypersli first
1. Disable Antivirus (MUST do this) or there will be issues best to not have it on at all.
2. I uninstalled the drivers in windows. Make sure to uninstall ALL things nvidia (it will require multiple reboots to do that).
3. Once uninstalled, reboot one last time in regular mode (resolution will be all messed up but viewable) and run driversweeper to remove any remnants.
4. reboot into safe mode selecting the hyperSLI option.
3. Install drivers (310.70 working for me) and reboot when asked back into safe mode.
4. Install DifferentSLI 310.70 version and reboot back into normal mode.
5. In normal mode start up Nvidia Control Panel. (PC might crash here it did for me)
6. If no crash enable SLI.
7. PROFIT!!!!

hm

Unfortunately I cannot use different sli because there are no modded graphics driver listed on that post for a gtx 760.

Also I reinstalled with windows 8 Pro 64 bit and hypersli wont even boot, so now I am reinstalling a fresh windows 7

Edit: Just watched Dawc's video and he is able to activate SLI and start a game, I'm not even to that point yet. I have yet to be able to activate it without it immediately freezing up or within 10 seconds of doing so

nope

I watched dawc's video and he gets way farther than I do, I freeze the moment I hit apply in the control panel. No way to get out of it but a hard reboot. I really don't feel like moving up to the crosshair V just for sli when I've already spent 500$ on the 2 cards. the crosshair v is running 239.99 right now and officially supports sli.

HyperSli First try

Hi all,

Just decided to get myself another Gigabyte 660ti and noticed my board Gigabyte z77m-d3h-mvp was crossfire only. I did some research and found hypersli.

  • First I followed the instructions for installing HyperSli.
  • I didn't disable my antivirus.
  • Next I installed my second video card and updated my nvidia drivers to the latest.
  • After that I booted into the "HyperSli" boot option, and was able to enable sli.
  • I didn't have any issues.

Thought I'd post my steps and maybe help someone out!

Good Luck
