my original point which has been missed, is that its not a very professional name. nothing about that name says he's a rep for the company, which could cause confusion down the road if he posts in other threads.

Hows is going to be confusing when you look at my name and see the NZXT Rep title right below it. Also my bosses dont have a problem with it. This is how a lot of people know me on other forums. I do see your point though.
    Mussels says thanks.

It kind of gives me the impression that he is also an avid gamer in addition to being a rep. I kind of think it's a plus since we know he's a gamer selling gaming merchandise.

LOLZ I just got the rma replacement in today.
    RMA was for FN200RB (166CFM)

For some reason what was packaged is FS-200RB (102CFM)
    and
DF2003012SEMN (WTF) That had a nzxt screen on the back side and has no sleeving on the cable. I can't find anything about this number anywhere on the nzxt site. My guess is it's a fan for a case IE an OEM fan that comes with an NZXT case and not a buy and put in fan.

I'm not exactly sure why I received two fans when it was one in question. Unfortunatly out of the two fans (well can't find specs on the crazy part number one) I would say neither is the same airflow as what I was rmaing.

So the merry go round circus continues and now that chat is working I'm attempting to see what happened.

    Product Code: AC-PHAN-USB-3.0-KIT

Hi, I was wondering why the NZXT Armory Store has no way to allow the purchase of products to countries other than the U.S. Been trying to get a usb 3.0 kit for my Phantom but it's proving difficult. Thx

Need help with replace front panel

    Hi,

I have a Red PHAN-001RD and I need to replace the front audio female jack (the one same front panel with 3.0 USB and power + reset button). Somehow mine only give me the sound to left side (test with different headphone and all the same). After troubleshoot (messing around), i found that an inner part the jack is loose: if i hold the male jack (from the headphone) in a very specific position then it will give my sound to both sides. Unfortunately if i let go of my hand then it back to sound to left side only. So please let me know if your company does sell this front panel separate or not. If not then please let me know the manufacturer and part number of the audio jack so i can replace it.

    Thanks a lot.

    You have 2 options,

1 .You can use the International Checkout button on the bottom of the cart page to get an item shipped internationally.

    2. What country are you in and I can direct you to the right place.

go put a support ticket in at www.nzxt.com/support Included a copy of your purchase invoice for the case and I will get it taken care of for you

I just happened to be randomly lurking around. I know you've been here a while now, but welcome to the forum all the same, xD3aDPooLx.

I felt compelled to inform you that no, this is the NZXT subforum. It is not, in fact, affilliated with IC Diamond to the best of my knowledge.
