I've really no clue how the system work's but surely wouldn't it be easier to delete the users who have been inactive for over 1 year? for example.

Deleting inactive users may orphan thousands of posts. Probably not a good idea.

If anyone recieved an infraction that is now gone, let us know so we can re-ban/re-infract you.
