I dont blame you for wanting to cancel, those 'clear' cases are horrible because you cant buy clear DVD/CD ROM drives to go in them, so they stand out like a sore thumb! :shadedshu

Why cant you cancel the order then? Has it been dispatched already?

It says Payment Taken. I don't understand the return online thing on the site...

It says returning using our RMA (Return Material Authorisation) and also says something about returning using some form of delivery that requires a signature like Royal Mail Special or Special Delivery. I don't understand this much as I don't think I've ever returned an item before using online options.

I tried cancelling but the option is blank, in other words nothing happens when I click on it. I'll have to ask the deliver guy when he comes to return it back and get a full refund then I'll get the Antec 900.

Have you tried finding a phone number for the company you purchased it from? If it hasnt been shipped already then you have every right to phone and cancel the order ;)

Im pretty sure you should be able to return anything, as long as you havnt opened the box.
Your definately going to incur shipping charges though.

Its probably for the best - acrylic is quite an ugly medium IMO

I'll ask the delivery guy if he can return it back.

Refuse the delivery, but make sure you get some proof of this off the delivery driver ;)

its called refusing delivery, you dont need proof because you are not responsable for anything untill you accept delivery so tell the guy you refuse the package because you canceled the order. he has to take it back.

worst case is you may lose the shipping charges but you will get your money back for the item.

call then on phone and tell them you are doing this to purchase a different item from them and in most cases they will give you full credit for the whole cost.
