I am finally working my last day at Radioshack and I am so happy. I am just so sick of dumb customers. Like just a minute ago I had a guy call and he was like "Do you have PCI?. What the hell kind of question is that, "Do you have PCI". :banghead:

If helping people who dont know much isnt your nature, then best not to be in any job related to customer services. Dont blame RS. Get out of customer-focused jobs. Dont do sales, dont do services, dont do account management. It's not for everyone.

I'm surprised that you don't like the job just for the humor potential. :D

"We has PCI! Come and get it!"

Na I like helping people. I think though dumber people tend to come to RS. Also RS over prices alot of stuff and sells a crappy product just look at RS lcd tvs it sell.

Edit: Radioshack just has no real sales goals it sets or sale models. No wait there is one thing getting names and addresses which we don't even send flyers to unless they spend alot of money with us.

    I feel the pain m8.

I work at a gameshop and you wont believe with what kind of crap i have to deal with.

Here is an example of one of them.

Guy comes in and wants to buy a PSP battery. So i gave him the Sony Stamina one. An Hour later he comes back and goes the Battery does not work. I am like.....ok lets check it out. I bust out one of the Stores PSP and check it. Yup it doesnt work.....so i am thinking wait a minute let me use the charger to try and power it up.....and you want to know what.....the battery worked and was at 0% and i showed him that. The guy was like......this is BS and i dont want that S*** and wanted his money back so i told him that he could not get a refund because the battery is working fine and only he needs to charge it.....he doesnt listen so he throws the battery at me and then leaves cursing everyone at the store. And here is the other part......the same guy comes back at the store with the cops......and says we screwed him over....so i go and show the same thing to the cops and they believed me so they forced the guy to leave the store and take whatever he brought with him. And believe me i have something even more funny than this story.

My brother worked at Radio shack once.... acutally got "held-up" by some crooks gun pointed in his face and demanded money from a safe he couldnt open. When he told him that the guy got pissed off and pistol whipped right in the face(lucky he didnt shoot him!), his face was totally bruised black after that he never went back, cant blame him personally radio shack is horrible.

We had a guy at Wal-mart drive his car like 20mph into a bay and demanded we work on his car. We told him he cant pull his car in, we have to and hes not allowed in the shop either. Then he ran out calling us terrorists. And he asked the counter person if he goes out into the shop if us towel heads would shoot him. I joked to some of the customers that saw the whole fiasco that we put pipebombs in tires, at least they got the joke lol. Some ppl are funny and it seems Wal-mart gets most of em lol:laugh:

lol do you have a PCI? classic. LOL, it's like my grandma asking, "Do I need a double-core HDD?" haha.

all PC places seem to. Local shop here charges 100 bucks to reformat a computer. 100 bucks to sit on your butt half the time waiting for Windows to install.

yeah everyone hates their job. Luckily, I don't have to deal with anyone, but I do have to clean up some of the nastiest crap. Nothing like caramel, fudge, pecans, peanuts, soda, squashed candied cherries, cookie dough, brownies, hair, and dirt all mixed together and dried up on the floor. (I work at a frozen custard shop)
