Do you mean it states in Everest you have unlocked the pipelines when I actually hasn’t??? Check with ATITool, What bios flash did you use to unlock the pipes, you should read some of the articles on this, as the sapphire cards can be a real pain to unlock the pipelines

What method of flashing the bios did you use? What program did you use? I would re flash the bios; Make sure you use the version for the sapphire card, Then try installing the latest version of the catalyst drivers (6.9)

I replace this 61 0A to 60 01 end i have 16 pixelines but name is M28GL.Look

I would use WINFLASH.EXE and flash the bios with the saphire x800gto 16pipe bios

Using WINFLASH can't unlock any pipes because it can't overwrite the pipe information . Other thing is that the above card can't be unlocked to 16 pipes at all .

I cant instal the driver because Ati M28GL is not a video card and the driver she cant continues end i hope my new card is bether(saphire x1900gt)

Your card can't be unlocked. But and yet if you want to flash it YES USB can be used. You have very "sophisticated" machine without even a CD . Search the articles here for how to prepare bootable USB.
