scuse the language, but it shits all over your CPU and video card.

its also a P965 (mobile) chipset, which is relatively high performance even by todays standards.

I think its a great laptop - but one warning, its tricky to get 64 bit OS's on that chipset (you have to get the drivers from intel and make a bootable flash drive/floppy to install 64 bit windows)

edit: it comes with 64 bit already so thats not a concern. in specs almost everything is better than your current laptop.
