I have an Asus A8N Premium board. I would like to try overclocking and adjusting the timing of my 1 gig of paired 512 HpyerX 3200 DDR400 ram.
There are several numbers in the bios that can be changed. I have no idea what some of the numbers are for. The ram advertises 2-2-2-5 But auto detect gives me 2.5-5-5-8 or something close to that. Do I need to adjust the votage?
Also there is a speed utility that came with the mother board. When tested this ram falls short in all three tests.
Any help making sense of this would be great.
