for what purpose you use 2 different videocards?
have you tried to deinstall AMD card and use nvidia for main or even default(or deinstall nvidia)?

Your spec make no sense. List them properly

PSU you mean a Gigabyte Superb 720?

If your having restart problems when browsing then look at the event manager for the error. Its probably not hardware related

I imagine there would be a driver conflict as the two cards shouldn't work together.
I would remove the 5450 and all AMD graphics drivers.

Why would you remove the faster of the two cards
either way if the op is concerned with performance he needs a faster gpu and possibly CPU

Take out one of the gpus, like what @st2000 said, that will remove what appears to be an obvious conflict in your system.

Use http://www.iobit.com/driver-booster.php
to check if your drivers are ok.
You may have a problem with your PSU but i would try to eliminate software issues first.

event viewer is helpful
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/open-event-viewer#1TC=windows-7
Helpfull links dude!

PSU you mean a Gigabyte Superb 720?
in fact there is several Gigabyte PSU's.

They are not good at all,

4100 amd is a bad processor.
well its no so bad, is lower end like intel's i3, :D

Says who? Bad compared to what? We don't even know what the OP uses his PC for.

I m also trying this but i found this problem when i am browsing amd official website my pc automatically restarting.

There isn't enough information to diagnose this problem. It could be an instability problem due to power supply, an unstable overclock, overheating, a failing or badly configured motherboard or RAM etc. I very much doubt the issue stems from the video card.

Was you having this issue before?

Well lets say that those a better way to show your specs, i sitll have my doubts about Case, but anyway i listed the AMD card because is better card than GT 610, so try to:

Remove Nvidia drivers and any software that may be installed on your computer, also update AMD video driver, make some test with that card, browse the web, play games if it necesary, check event viewer as was told,

Did you overclock your computer?
If yes bring all the possible information about it,

Let us know how is going,
