Well, if space is an issue, the H70 is pretty good. But the only problem with good air coolers is that the high-end ones are pretty HUGE. Thermalright's Silver Arrow, Noctua's nh-d14, Prolimatech's Megahalems are some of the best air you can get. But, they are kinda expensive, HUGE, and can be a bit noisier than water.
I noticed that too. The higher end, the larger. Megahalems are good I saw one pc from my classmate. Good cooler, too.
