Hey!

Got problem with temperatures in this CPU.
EVERY software shows only two core, not four. (try: realtemp, core temp, cpuid hwmonitor, intel extereme ttuning utility)
Where's the problem? Something wrong with CPU?
How I could find other core's temps?

Some thoughts come to mind. Did you activate all cores in BIOS, or in MSCONFIG? In the past that has been the most common reason, although I don't know if that is needed on Z97's.

How about in your BIOS? is there an option in there for activating cores?

I would reseat the CPU in the socket and inspect for bent pins.

What does your system specs (right click computer go to properties) show?

I would also do a CMOS clear via jumper. Verify BIOS version, contact the board MFG, test the CPU on a different board, test a different CPU on that board.

Did you reset the CMOS?

That would be my first suggestion. Also, look through your BIOs and make sure you don't have two cores disabled.

Checked: got 4 cores. (no option to activate)

Did you reset the CMOS?
Yes, got the same, temps for only 2 cores :(

I would reseat the CPU in the socket and inspect for bent pins.

I would also do a CMOS clear via jumper. Verify BIOS version, contact the board MFG, test the CPU on a different board, test a different CPU on that board.

This specs? I add task manager, it shows 4 cores (as always).

You have 4 physical cores but because of hyper threading, Windows needs to see this as 8 logical cores. Set msconfig to 8 and your problem will be solved. Better yet, leave that setting in msconfig blank. Reboot and you are done.
