    Hello.
I would just like to know if anyone can help me with ensuring that my CPU is safe. I have an i7 920 and my voltage and clock speed are forever fluctuating. Here is a screenshot of CPU-Z:

I would like to know what good voltages are for running the CPU at its stock frequency. Also, I would like to know if I will be able to get 4.0GHz out of this CPU on my H50-1. Is there a setting in BIOS that disables the fluctuation of the CPU Voltage for power consumption purposes?

    Thanks.
