Looks like they decided to got the route of facebook and present results of testing that they have done. Not only has it been way too long to actually believe anything this company has to offer as far as information, but for the three guys in question that they did not lose their cooler or their images, there is some information for you guys as to the reasoning why we all made up the damages claims.

please feel free to read it for yourself here...http://innovationcooling.com/image/Innovationcoolingreport.pdf
https://www.facebook.com/pages/IC-Diamond-by-Innovation-Cooling-LLC/178676248816485?fref=ts

Looks like more smoke and mirrors from them, and hiding when they do produce any answers:shadedshu

Ummm, they're accusing you of doctoring photos?

Did they ever find your cooler which you sent them so they check the damage themselves, which they conveniently 'lost'?

So basically, after skimming the report on the digital image forensics, the result was that the images don't seem to fit the digital cameras they were taken with? Well duh! They have all been run through photoshop(or something similar) so they could be resized to fit the requirements for uploading.

Indeed, they are claiming the details of the images are doctored and we as a group are out to slander them and make it hard for them to sell their snake oil!

No they never found my cooler, nor were my images part of the analysis!

These people just don't get it. Why jump through hoops and all this? Just fix your product and do the right thing and not slander people over there mistake.

''This was most likely an orchestrated event and not an idle adolescent bid for attention as we have multiple forum members with a number of photos with local area manipulation and we have been able to establish some connections between members''

WTF!

yes, we all post here, so we are all connected! Great sleuthing on their part isn't it?

From now on, being a member of TPU and respecting every other member on here, i solemnly swear that i will never buy an IC product and wouldnt recommend it based on this^^

Well if anything them f*ckers know how to bring a community together. :toast:

What happened? Does anyone have a link?

Threats are hollow, evidence is clear - I recently sued 8 companies in 5 years all settled in my favour, it was quite lucrative. I'll have to check and see what the options are in CA.

these guys man, I hate companies that do this kinda dogshit man.

Damn. I think I saw a post on that issue in passing a while ago.

They are claiming the photos are doctored? Such douchbaggery!

They'll have to prove cause to get anywhere. Motive is everything.

I'm at a loss for words other than, wow.

this is a huge mess since it is just one super butthurt guy causing all this drama. Had they not lost my cooler, maybe I wouldn't be waiting to be sued currently

Garbage company and they lose your cooler plus use your photo without permission. Do they not think you resize a 8MP photo...

"Pixel dimensions equal 1326 x 1260, these dimensions are not consistent
with the resolution capabilities of the Samsung SGH-T989 digital camera.
"

:wtf: most unprofessional conduct I've seen by a company in a long time.

Shame on you ICD.... fix your product and leave the conspiracy theories to the tabloids and other trash media where it belongs :shadedshu

What's next? Are you going to accuse W1zz of being in on this grand plot against ICD too???

Well, it certainly doesn't help quell the drama by starting another thread:laugh:

I posted this because I was tipped off to the FB posting. I also beat the rep to posting it here;) seems to me they got caught with their pants down, and the rep is now trying to make peace after slamming TPU as a whole on FB.

Well, obviously they're grasping at straws here. So because you resized the photo to a thoughtful, decent, usable size, instead of jamming them with an 8MP gargantua, they assume (or rather openly lie) you also shopped in the damage.

Fantastic.

Also, they wouldn't dare sue you, because there's like 90 ways for them to lose, and actually pay you damages and restitution... So I wouldn't sweat it if I were you, but I'd definitely be pissed about my cooler.

No the company has given up entirely on my issue, and as far as I can tell it was not one used in this new round of testing either. In their defense, when the cooler got lost, they did buy me one retail from Newegg.com and sent it to my house.

That's about the cheapest ass-covering I ever heard of. :p

At any rate, IC would have earned some respect if they admitted to their product being flawed and tried working with people who actually tested it properly. Everyone makes mistakes, and it takes some integrity to face up to them. And the whole concept for the TIM they have is actually sound, on paper. Acting all innocent and ignorant about the actual problem, then claiming organized slander is really, really low.

LOL at the new facebook comment whoever you are!!

Basically IC Diamond was like:
500pxShopped.jpg

And the forensic analysts were like:
Yeah, the Image has been resized.

And IC Deamond went:
Holy Shit Balls! We told you! This is definitive proof you lied and faked those pictures.
