When should this coolant be change out for some new stuff because i think i'm well over due to change it but as its performance hasn't drop I'm not to worried?

According to the manufacturer - it never needs changing, so unless the mix has become contaminated by other products. dont fix what aint broke.

If thats the case that great haha but I'm sure i read some where it needs to be changed?

I would have changed it within the first minute of filling my loop, changed it to distilled water.
