I have a 21:9 2560x1080 asus PB298Q, great for gaming because of the wide screen, cleaned it and so a bright spot in the black boarder (not the frame) and thought oh no, thought if i should upgrade my monitor, stupid to think that, cause it's not a dead pixel, but did think that?

It's almost black friday and they also have it here in denmark, so fare so good.

The 3440x1440 monitors are to expensive and the lg i have heard has backlight bleading, as fare as i know only lg and aoc makes 34" 3440x144 monitors, i also have a Dell U2414H i use for wimp hifi (spotify losless), wmp, vlc, youtube (music and videos) which i like and are very nice to have when i watch full hd youtube videos in full screen (chris pirillo vlog), if dell makes something to match the picture quality of my Dell U2414H it would be nice

I could go for one of the 27"+ 2560x1440 monitors Samsung SD850 Series S32D850T,Acer B326HUL, BenQ BL3200PT or something else

I would prefere one that's above avarge for gaming and big, i don't want a tn monitor, i prefer ips, sometimes i game, not alot and not for many hours like the pro's do, but when i do i want it to be more then okay, average.

So is there any monitor you would recommend me to look at?

It's only black friday 1 day every year so if i where to upgrade my monitor i might be able to find a good deal, so i want to ask you for advise rather then just buy one or ask you for advice on the day it's black friday and when i finally found a monitor i would like to buy it's either not friday or no one has it for a good price

Well the Asus PB278Q has a pretty good rep for good image quality and still very usable in games. There is also the PA279Q if you want to spend a little more money for a pre-calibrated higher quality screen with a few more features.

A couple of months ago I bought a BenQ GW2765HT (the cheapest 2560*1440 IPS screen in my country, scored it for $400AUD back in August [the Asus PB278Q was about $700AUD at the time]). I'm very happy with it so far so if you are a bit tight on cash it might be worth looking at this one too. In the shop I didn't really see any image or colour differences between the GW2765HT and the Asus PB278Q tbh.
The BL3200PT also has good reviews and apparently has a pixel density to a 1080p 23" or 24" screen (I forget which size).

Maybe another one to look at would be the LG 27EA83R? I haven't seen much about it though so I can't say if it is good or bad.

SO yeh in short from personal experience I can highly recommend the GW2765HT if you want to save a bit of money.

If the input lag was within our excellent range, this would have been one of the best monitors on the market right now
Yes, that's correct. I usually use TFTCentral where I can for monitor reviews. They have a similar result with lag (albeit I think because they measure it differently as it is much smaller on the TFTCentral review).

I went from an AOC i2757fh to the BenQ GW2765HT and I didn't have any issues with gaming. The AOC has one of the fastest/lowest lag of any IPS monitor reviewed on TFTCentral (same goes for Dell's P2x14H line being very fast like what you have).
Something that was noticeably better on the BenQ (apart from the resolution, obviously) was that I've found it has deeper and more richer blacks more resembling a VA panel than an IPS panel which I thought was interesting. Though not quite as rich as those on my old BenQ FP241W (well regarded VA panel). There is almost no glow either on my GW2765HT when showing dark colours which is uncharacteristic of IPS panels too (which is a good thing).

If you are really sensitive to lag then maybe the Asus PB278Q would be the better buy due to having slightly less lag than the BenQ.

Perhaps some others to consider would be the Samsung S27B970D - seems to have fantastic image quality (along with a glossy screen) but has some epic lag, more than the BenQ ones.

I think if you are set on a 27" screen, the PB278Q would be the one to get if you can afford it but if you think it is too expensive the GW2765HT is the better buy.
32", well the BL3200PT would be my recommendation.

Think it's difficult to find a big screen if i want something with higher resolution or a bigger screen with higher resolution, i don't want to pay more then 500€, i guess 200€ for my asus monitor would be okay, i think the problem with most big high resolution ips monitors is they are only average or under average for gamers (i am not a hardcore gamer). Could for the money buy 2xdell U2414H for about 400€ but unfortunally i don't have the space between my speaker for 2 monitors and i don't like a bazel in the middle.

Another solution would be to buy a Dell U2713HM (the non m version is a bit to expensive) and use my dell U2414M for gaming, might be a bit weird because it's mounted above my asus monitor, i have heard the dell U2713HM is great if you don't game, fantastic picture

Well if you aren't going to game on it then I'd again recommend the GW2765HT due to having higher contrast ratio in reviews and also better black depth with less backlight leakage and white glow, DeltaE is also closer to 2.2 on the BenQ than the Dell (though these aspects can vary slightly sample to sample). Although again it would vary sample to sample, the Dell has slightly higher colour accuracy however (probably due to the fact it is lightly calibrated at the factory). The Dell also has less ghosting than the BenQ though this shouldn't matter if you aren't gaming on it.

There are comparison tables and graphs of these aspects of panels of different screens in the TFTcentral reviews.
http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2713hm.htm
http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/benq_gw2765ht.htm

Because there isn't that much separating them, I'd get whichever is significantly cheaper if I were you. After sales support and returns policies might be more favourable for one company over another as well in your country.

You're right though, there aren't many options out there for IPS/PLS/VA 1440p and up panels suitable for gamers. Kind of sucks really.

Most gaming monitors are also 1080p, higher then that is for videos, graphics, fotos not so much gaming although the only big diffrence from good 1080p ips monitors that actually is for gamig should be the resolution
