I'd change the CPU to a 6400+ BE and get another 8800 GT. Maybe 2GB more RAM.

i really will have to go and cut my left foot off after saying this, but i agree with you. i guess my main annoyance is the blue LED's - they are very common. and i wouldnt mind a system with HDD cages that are in line with the door (imagine your regulars, rotate them 1 turn to the left from the front) for easier access. thats it really.

And yes, the F1's do look tasty :D

 yeah blue leds and at night the fan noise is incredible and HDD access...:shadedshu complete arse ache on times lol. Other than that ur system is fine, nice specs :).

I wouldn't change one thing it is fine for now. If I did I would sell your 5000+ netting 75.00 or so then buy a 6400+ for 70.00 dollars and oc it to 3.5ghz

Do you have Vista 32bit or 64bit? 32bit can access up to ~3.5GB, 64 bit can use up to 2048 terabytes I think, but I don't think they do 1024 TBx2
kits yet lol

I think it would still be worth it, a 2GB kit costs only about ÂŁ30 and would give you a nice boost.

If he had Windows XP 32bit he could use over 4gb. They have a patch you can download to enable it. But I am not sure if its the same with Vista.

I haven't tried it because it can destroy your boot loader. My brothers friend found that one out the hard way. Though my brother did it to his rig and its working fine.

Bigger HDD but the rest is fine.. 4Gb ram in an 32bit os quite useless.. didnt know that EK makes PSUs - must be quite a deal..

I checked EK watercoolings website and they dont make PSUs - if it is not this EK which made your PSU its probably crappy.. so where did you get the EK PSU?

Grab a Xigmatek HDT 963... or 983 (OCZ Vendetta) Instead... performance is superior by a fair amount in contrast to the freezer pro.

a xigmatek does look better, just measured and one would fit. Looks like im having one of those :D (which ones better?)

According to Frotytek.com the Xigmatek is better than the Vandetta which is also made by Xigmatek it seems..

i meant which model of xigmatek was best . . . i have measured and one will fit in my case with around 2 or 3 CM clearence :D

Xigmatek HDT S1283 gave better temps than the Xigmatek Red Scorpion, i guess it was due to the better rifle fan. Less bling but better effect.
