I sleep every 2 days, does that constitute a insomniac? im supposed to do sleep therapy but who has time for that? lol im browsing erowid.org it's like a drug database but has a experience vault like this you select a drug (amphetamines in this case) and read away.

It's not late-night for everyone, so this is for those who have trouble sleeping in the day too, or going here while they should be working......Hell yeah calvary that site is awesome, got to educate before you take (gestate, insufulate, otherwise ate)...... I think maybe next time I see people passing out those DEA made fliers propogating misinformation I'll walk around handing out fliers that say "If you really want to know go to erowid"...... Or tell the people that pass them out..... Or tell them off..... I feel like an insomniac now.......

erowid is legendary. it's pretty entertaining reading near death experiences.

The only thing i would really like to try is DMT

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyltryptamine

Sounds really full on,maybe a bit scary lol-DMT is a powerful psychoactive substance. If DMT is smoked, injected, or orally ingested with an MAOI, it can produce powerful entheogenic experiences including intense visuals, euphoria, even true hallucinations (perceived extensions of reality)

There's all kinds of interesting stories there. I mostly like the info, and my favorite account is still Albert Hoffman's of his first encounter w/ LSD (he is the one who stumbled upon it, or invented it so to say). First person to ever take that which fueled or was at least part of a revolution of sorts......

DMT is wild, not for the faint of heart, the most powerful hallucinogen known, it exists in small quantities in the human brain........

well I 'was' playing guildwars & CoD4 but then my favorite servers dead & I dont quite enjoy the company of the americans in the American districts in guildwars..... no offence to you american folk who read this - its just that some of you are too 'american' like & please dont ask me to explain because i dont want to end up offending anyone or hurt anyones feelings.

    -------

got a bollocking from my dad because apparently the sound of gunfire was too loud & he couldnt sleep (boohoo like i care......) no disrespect to him but hes one of the folk who loves to complain about nothing.

so at the moment i've got a few options - work on some animated Gifs or my AMV thats been sitting around for a while or go to bed - I usually hit the sack around 5-6am'ish

I hate that stuff, itchy as hell. It's one that affects some profoundly though and others very little.

Yeah some of 'em can do that. Salvia is of a different sort though, it's physiological effects are different, but can produce similar feelings.

Why not? :D They are as interesting as the human mind, which if you ask me, is quite a good topic of discussion.

Well, that's the great thing about the internet, you can choose. There are plenty of other threads, but if you find it that offensive that we should discuss this in one of them then I won't continue.

Yah farlex85, i'm agree with you, psychoactive substances are very interesting as human mind and in many aspects, chemical and also physical, farmacology, methods, dangers ... and besides that, also the ones the human body produces as "natural amphetamines" ... or talking about some "unknown" ones ... as the most usual psychoactive substance which is sugar, did you know FreedomEclipse? ;)

if you really need to get some sleep, pop some ativan :toast:

I've still got a whole bottle of the stuff that I was given while going through chemotherapy - potent stuff. These are tiny little 1mg tablets, and just one is enough to put me into a stupor within 15min.

Why did they give you ativan for chemo I'm wondering? Anxiety? That is powerful stuff indeed w/ some nasty side effects if taken too much or in conjunction w/ other stuff. Like valium times 10.
