Installing Printer Drivers on Win Serv 2003

hp doesn't have any drivers that support Window Server 2003 for my printer a PSC 1420V. Is there anyway I can install the drivers, or install substitute drivers?

I don't know much about server 2003 but does it have plug and play drivers?
Could you try finding the files that the installer extracts and copy them to your server PC and install in manually? I'm quite surprised a company such as HP doesn't offer them for server 2003.

Windows 2003 is basically XP, use XP drivers.
