    Yeah 170mb read is crazy, and 35mb/s is still good as long as your not writing alot, also it supports Trims

    Nice price! Bad writes in comparison to some of the others similarily priced, but oh well...40GB will get filled quick, and not written to again very often...sounds good to me!

    Got the Kingston 40GB here. Trim supported firmware will be just around the corner now that Intel has released their 40GB drive. Fingers crossed :)

    I think id rather go with something a little faster. Hell i think my G.Skill is faster than that on write front by far.

    You are probably right about that, but if you are using it as a boot drive how often do you write to it?

    I use my 64gb as an OS drive and game/program install. (my programs are small, Daemon tools, Firefox ect) So writing to it would be a pain that slow especially if im trying to do multiple things at once.
