I bought asus gene-z/gen3 and 2500K now and I will definately grab myself a 3570K Ivy Bridge if it is anywhere as good as they are saying.

thanks to those who answered my question, so for me it would be logical to get one of the newer 1155 boards and say a 2600k to hold me over till ivy comes out. sweet. now, any suggestions?? im aiming for high clocks and a good board feature set. I've been an asus guy for a while anybody have better experiences with say gigabyte boards?? I've been weary on them for a while now.

If you want the new Z77 chipset then you will have to wait but most P67 and Z68 boards will be Ivy bridge compatible.
