I am working with a case that has the new internal 3.0 header, but the MB does not have 3.0 compatibility. I want to be able to use the 3.0 port as a 2.0 port (like I do on my 650D), but to do so requires an adapter.
Lancool bundles the exact adapter I need with their new White Knight Series cases. Here is a pic the exact item I need:
Also, NT1 has posted another version of the adapter that would work for me, please look at it pictured below.
If anyone has a spare one that they can sell me inexpensively, please PM me. If you know where I can buy one retail for a decent price, please post in the thread. I really want to avoid cutting the wires and soldering.
