Is $300 a good price for Asus 9800GX2?

A local seller from [H] is trying to get rid of his 9800GX2 for 300 bones. Is this a good price considering that it's still the best single card (multi-or single GPU) for the moment? Should I just wait for 4870x2? NO fanboyism please.

Sounds like a great price, considering the cheapest new ones are around $400.

$300 for the 9800GX2 is a pretty good deal, IMO.
