Is a 650w seasonic PSU enough to power this system?

    Yes to put it simply seasonic is a very good brand/oem builder. If you can post a link to your psu ?

    52amp across 4 12v rails is way more than enough very nice psu m8 :) you'll have no troubles

    I've got a seasonic in my down stairs computer. Touchwood - Had no problems.

    I reccomend it :)

    I have two Seasonic-built Corsairs and they're good as well. (HX620W and TX650W).
