I'm in the market for some new earphones, the last pair I had were some (possibly fake) CX500's from ebay, but I lost them. I'm after a new pair and my max budget is £20. the only pairs I know are good for that price is the Sennheiser CX300-500 range.

I know that there are a lot of fake cx500's knocking about especially on ebay. Is there any chance that I'll get a fake pair from here: (http://www.amazon.co_uk/dp/B000VRBLMS/?tag=tec053-21)
What raises my suspicion is the price, they are as cheap as the fake ones on ebay, and I'm not sure whether these amazon traders are reliable or not.

Thanks in advance for your help :toast:

You can trust Amazon. But some of the 3rd party companies that trade on amazon might not be so trustworthy.

    Careful of "new" companies.

Careful of companies with lower ratings.

Why not phone the company that is linked through amazon and ask them directly about your concern.

I don't know about the UK, but over here we have a lot of laws that protect us.

I have ordered from Amazon many times, and have never been let down yet. I have not had to use their customer service yet....

Buy.com sent me to this one place to buy a copy of server. Then they sent me a academic copy....one that I could not use at a place of business. Buy.com said it was not on them....Fers.....took weeks to get it all sorted out. Yet I spent thousands.

Yes they are or well have been for me. BUT if you buy though Amazon a 3rd party company though Amazom seems to take for ever to get the stuff to me.

I recieve still of Amazon in days were as if it's another company though them i have known it be upto 3-4 weeks. This goes for UK and US as i have stuff shipped though the UK too from family.
