Is every player in Fortnite Ranked Battle Royal Cheating?

I have not gotten one elimination. Endless head shots on me. Does every person have Fiber or do I sux that bad? I do OK in regular Battle Royal. Are aim bots that easy to use to cheat?

Haven't seen a single cheater in my games so far, been playing for years. Not saying there aren't any cheaters, but they are rare.
