Is my GPU sagging/Did it damage the pci-e lanes?

I´ve bought a 4070 gigabyte aero and i´m wondering if it is sagging and if it may have possibly damaged the gpu lanes ( i have the gpu for 2 days)

I´ve used the gpu for one day ( it did not came with any support) without any kind of support and the second day was used with a small improvised support below the gpu ( i have pictures)

But since i´ve removed the gpu today , i´ve noticed 3 "bent" lanes on the gpu (in both sides). Is it due to sagging or the gpu is just like this? These 3 lanes also shine from both sides of the gpu ( they are bent from both sides)

I highly doubt i´ve managed to perfectly damage 3 lanes on both sides ( i also don´t remember doing any strain to gpu)

I don´t know if without any support my gpu is sagging or if with the "support" i´ve used the gpu is being put too much pressure upwards and damaging as well

So , are these bent lanes possible damage and should i use some gpu support or leave without it?

I had a gigabyte 3060 before and the lanes were all straight

Why don't you use TPU and upload your photos with? Imgur gives me constant issues no matter the browser

I don't know what's with those pins but that's definitely not because of sagging, it just looks like a manufacturing defect to me.

It doesn't matter, the pins inside the slot are much longer than those tips.

Should i rma the gpu ? I´m pretty sure i 100% did not damage the pins

Could these pins cause problems in the future?

Also about the sag , should i use the support or leave it?

Leave the support, does no harm to support it. No need to RMA as long as it is working ok.

The sagging is not really a problem, this card is not that heavy, you can put something to support it if you want.

If something damaged them it was probably the pcie slot itself, I don't know if it's worth RMAing, it would only be a problem if those pins came into contact with each other.

I don’t think that is an issue as long those tips don’t contact other lanes. The actual connection is taking place past those tips.

Too weird these bent lines are bent simetrically on both sides , it is very doubtful that i perfectly aligned the both sides with 3 bent lanes

The gpu is working properly as well

It's fine if it sags a little.

I honestly don't know how those pins can even bend like that, I am 99% sure it probably was like that out of the box.

The main bit of the connectors are fine, it is only the thin line on the ends that are bent, so imo the connectors are perfectly ok.

This card is what? …a 2 slot one?
Yeah doesn’t need support as long as you tight it correctly with the screws on left side, and if the board has a metal cover on PCI-E slot you’re golden!
