    You pose a very vague question so all I'll say is yes.

    Well Iam no expert on Intel side of chipsets, but there has been plenty of gripes about latest Nvidia chipsets for Intel platform. I recomend you read plenty of forums and reviews about the MoBo if you decide to go Nvidia way.

    Then there is always the question about SLI/Crossfire, something to consider about if your into two 3D cards in one computer.

    I have that board. and i love it for gaming. havent overclocked with it yet. it has dual sli. it says on the site that that board can use triple sli with a driver. but third slot may not have the full 16x buslines. still a very good board. just with certain heatsinks like the scythe ninja. the fan sits over a ram slot(no other spots)

    I know that the 680 board is a good choice, but I have to agree and say go for the 780. Its always better to future proof yourself some.

    Going with the 680 will just leave you wanting newer sooner!

    The question is whether you want to use SLI otherwise P35 or X48 maybe worth considering, overclocking quads? Crossfire is another choice. Plenty of choisces.

    :ohwell: yes it is....or Not :wtf:, but are you planning on sli? or OC? or both? Is overheating something you will not be able to solve, because there are no fans in the case? (nvidia mobos run hot especially when OCing)

    give us some more detail and you ´ll get more specific answers.

    {This goes out to everyone............}

    Even so, this thread gives us the opportunity to understand that vague questions should be replaced with detailed and on occasion information requests.

    Would make everyones life easier and time well spent.

    I think we all have the good will to share knowledge and information. Don´t you agree? :toast:
