Is this normal

    I Oced my SAPPHIRE 4850 Dual Slot to 700mhz core and 1000 mhz mem .
    i always set the fan speed to 100% and i checked with furmark

    in 20 mnts the maximum temp is 80C ,, is it alright ?

    Yea, that's normal. GPUs can withstand temps much above 100°C.

    if it passes 100C what will happn ?

    I think it'll shut down if it passes a certain temperature and you'll get a black screen or it'll come out of 3D mode. I suggest you reseat your cooler and use some MX2 paste to improve your temps.
