It's also part of the Intel/Hollywood deal, that has DRM built into SandyBridge processors. I've been laughing for months at all the people that heard of this way back when, said they'd never buy...then saw the performance, and forgot.

If i understand this correctly, it will only be capable of deleting software you downloaded from microsoft market/shop, so i really dont care as i will never use the market/shop anyway.

As far as, your PC... OK.
However, do you use an Android phone or Windows phone, how about tablets? How do you get your apps... what about the OS and apps that are pre-installed.
Are you connected to the networks?
Have inspected every bit of code in your hardware/software?
If one does it, I am pretty sure others do or will.
Unless someone or many stand up against the tide.
Seems it may be the price of doing business with the corporations.
And, I expect the term corporations goes hand in hand with governments.
