Issues With Sensors On Sapphire R9 280X Toxic

VDDC is always 0.875 V, idle or under load. Also, VRM Temperature 1 & 2 are always 0 C and there's no red graph readout next to them. Is my Sapphire R9 280X Toxic defective or is GPU-Z incompatible with this card?

it could maybe be the sensor chip they used that's not working with GPU-Z but if they used the same layout pcb, chips and everything like the HD 7970 Toxic card like Asus did on their Matrix could be a bad sensor chip.
