join 2 partitions?

hi can anyone show me the best way to do it? I already formatted 2 partitions now I just need it become one

depending on the OS the easiest way is to delete both partitions and create 1 new large one. You can also select Computer Management from the Administrative tool then choose the Disk management tool and highlight the partitions and choose extend volume

As long as the one your extending is on the right of the OS. Vista and windows 7 will do it

I have used Acronis Disk Director in the past and it worked every time for me. The application lets you create a bootable disk to work with your hard drives outside of the operating system.
