Just want to introduce myself

    Hey there... I am new to these forums, so I figured I would go ahead and introduce myself....

    This is my setup :

    Case : Antec 9 Hundred
    Motherboard : Asus Striker Extreme
    CPU : Intel E6600
    PSU : Antec NEO HE550
    RAM : PNY PC5300
    Video Card : EVGA 8800 GTS
    HardDrive : Western Digital 320GB
    DVD Drive : HP Lightscribe


    Water Cooling Setup :

    Pump\Resevior : Asetek Waterchill
    Primary Radiator : DD Black Ice Xtreme II with 2 Evercool 120mm Fans
    Backup Radiator : Thermaltake Aqua T.M.G 1 with Thermaltake 120mm fan
    Video Block : Koolance 8800GTS waterblock
    CPU Waterblock : Thermaltake 208 Copper Waterblock


    I am running the DangerDen Radiator behind the front two fans and behind that I made a platform for the pump and resevior. I hope you can see everything.... please tell me what you think

    Right now I am running at 3.55 GHZ and my load temps barley hit 39c

    Ummm... I am not sure what you are refering to.

    I have the backup Radiator mounted to the rear of the case and I have the primary radiator mounted vertically in front behind the two 120 fans....

    Oh wait.... nevermind, I think I know what you are talking about.

    I think you are talking about the NB\SB cooler. It came with the MB. Its a fan that mounts to the ASUS heatpipe thingie =)

    Hey,
    Ur rig looks pretty kool, it doesn't have a floppy drive though :(... poor floppy drives they must be getting so lonely. That's why I make up for it by having 2!!!(see avatar)

    hmmm...thinks of ideas.....save the floppy drive clubhouse!!!!right off to work to make a new clubhouse.

    Yea, that's the one... a friend has NF4 Core2 SLI Board, think it was Asus... same thing, but it's on air, so not needed. Is it noisy?

    Hi D44ve

    Hope you find this forum helpfull... Nice rig to mate, very neat. I didn't realise that the psu was on the bottom in the antec 900, good idea. :D

    thanks so much... I am going to post up more\better pictures in the correct forum. Please, any tips or advice is welcome!

    BTW.... I know I am new and everything... but I am gunning for the top 3Dmark05 score and overclock. I am not trying to call anyone out, just friendly competetion.!

    Wouldn't someone on this forum with Core 2 Quad and 8800GTX always beat you in 3D Mark 05??

    Oh kool. Then you might be able to get top 3D Mark 05 Score. Not sure if there is any ppl with 8800GTX which wld beat ur GTS and by later this year when you get ur quad core there will be ppl with R600's, but ur definetly in with a shot.. Good Luck.

    Yeah, I kinda shot myself in the foot with getting the GTS (320mb) rather than the GTX. I was thinking about going SLI, but I am not to sure how that would compare.

    Yeah, when the R600's comes out... who knows what will happen.

    In the meantime... anyone interested in my e6600 once I upgrade?

    The 320mb GTS is still an awsome card and ther eonly like AUD$440 so there a lot cheaper then the GTX.
