k i just overclocked my Sapphire hd 4850 to core clock 670 and 1080 mem clock it seem's stable it rums 40 degrees celsius idol and 60 degrees celsius when not idol can someone let me know if this a good overclock???

I suggest using www.HWbot.org for references to overclocking. Looks like Hwbot shows 700/1100 as the mean for most overclocking. Also you can check the GPU-Z database for your card and possible overclocks.

I say it's got room for more, run a benchmark at 700/1100 and see if your temps stay below 80C.
