I changed my bios to overclock it by a minimal amount, and changed the settings from a normal setting to an Optimized setting, then saved and restarted, when i restarted I received a screen I had never seen before. It said memory check and it reported it to be "ok". The screen then gives me a set of about 6ish options but when I press the specified keys nothing happens. I've tried multiple keyboards and none of them seem responsive.

    Thanks a ton

Are you using a USB keyboard? Sometimes they have problems, if you can reach the BIOS turn on USB legacy support, if you can't try getting there using a PS/2 keyboard and if not then do what pt says and clear the CMOS, there should be a jumper on your motherboard.
