    I recently contacted Logitech support to get a wide grip replacement for my Logitech G9 mouse b/c mine is wearing out badly in less than 1 yr. Today the replacement came and it's a whole brand new Logitech G9 mouse. Wow, 2 thumbs up for Logitech support. :)

    Nice to see that they replaced your mouse, I hope they do that when my MX revolution's charger stops working.

    When my G15 LCD broke they told me to get a new one. Then again my friends g15 also broke and they sent him 2 new g15 rev 2's and I took his lcd screen and transplanted it onto my keyboard.

    Wierd how sometimes customer support will either vindicate or convict you.
