Laptop with red stuck pixel

I just got a new laptop for college and it seems theres a tiny little RED pixel. I know its a stuck pixel is there a way to fix it??

Its a *NEW* laptop -- take it back to the place you bought it and exchange it for another one.

There's no guaranteed way to fix it but moving your finger in circles around the pixel might do. You could also try to use some image patterns, like rapid red flashes to see if it unstuck.

Some manufacturers specify that a certain number of stuck pixels must exist for the warranty to take effect but maybe the shop would just exchange it if you ask them to.

A full sized keyboard and screen that you are able to fit 2 windows (e.g. word+excel) without having to zoom out is essential to me. No 14" laptops can do that afaik

I know people who were successful with JScreenFix, personally I didn't tried because I've never had stuck pixels (only dead ones)

I used Jscreenfix and it worked on my 28". It seemed to have a dead pixel when I bought it, straight outa the box :-( (turned out to be a lazy pixel!!!!) I run the program and applied a little finger pressure to the spot also (you will see the distortion) after a few mins = gone
