[WTB][US] Large SATA HDD ~ 1.5-2TB

    Looks like I will be needing more HDD space. Looking for either a 1-2 TB drive.

    Requirements:
    Needs to be SATA (dont think PATA drives come this big anymore)
    Can be either a performance drive or a Green drive
    At least 32mb buffer
    CANNOT BE A SEAGATE OR HITACHI DRIVE (bad exp with those drives)
    Prefer drive to be under warranty for a couple years

    My ideal drive would be a WD EADS or EARS or a Samsung F Series. I've been seeing a lot of deals and sales for these drives retail, but as always I want to give the forum first shot at my $$$. Try not to offer me $5 below retail though :(

    Im liking the look of the 2TB F2 and the WD EARS 2TB, anyone? I have cash and/or components ready to go :)

    WOULD TAKE A 1TB DRIVE IS THE PRICE IS RIGHT!

    The price was right and it's a WD Caviar Black. Picked up Rapid's 750gb HDD. Check out his FS thread for more great deals!
