actually that seems to be the going rate for laptops these days. same thing @ dell or hp .com

Correctamundo, but I'd rather have a Lenovo anyday over a Dell or HP with the features they've thrown in. The Y510 is a nice model indeed......(Wish I had $599 I could part with)
