Deepcool Lucifer is one of the badass air cooling, it can take oc'd 4790 depending on ambient temp, 80c is high but acceptable for 4.6-4.7, did you touch your ram settings when overclock Toothless?

1. That's a Xeon.
2. That's over 1.4v, which is way over my safe point.

EDIT:

I booted into Windows at 4.9ghz/1.4v but as soon as a load is put on, Clock_Watchdog_Timeout BSOD. Fuuuunn.
