I went though some shit with them a few days ago, trying to get a mouse replacement were i told the support person the receipt was lost and still was trying to get a replacement and said it was no problem though went though about 1 hour of a 30 minute phone call she said try their software and get back to them so i tried it phoned them back went though the software crap and 20-30 minutes later agreed the mouse was faulty and needed a reciept which i told him that it was lost and had already explained this.

the tech guy said he will have to put me on hold to ask if it was possible and i thought cool no problem well about 5 minutes later they just hung up and thought fuck it..

when i can convince a randomish person on the internet to give better customer service than logitech themselves, you know they've let you down.
