Looking for hacked Nvidia driver to support SLI on Asus P5B Deluxe.

Hi yall. I am looking for the hacked driver to support 2 8800GTS's. On the latest driver 97.92 I was able to get 2000+ pt increased in 3DMark05. Hoping to find another driver to better optimize SLI on this board. Thanks for your help.

think(not definate) that youre out of luck there buddy, 8 series need both slots to be 16x

That may be so, but the second graphics slot only runs at 4x on that board, anyway.

i've read a few places now that they need 2x16, nothing set in stone mind you, but i certainly hope not as i have a 2x8 sli board (and 1 8800)at the moment

For the moment, yes I do have 2 XFX 8800 GTS and one 500W PSU,

. Well I can use them until Dell ask for the item back since I already received the replacement. The P5B deluxe is also a loan until rottenegg send me a DS3 replacement. I figure it would be fun to try out SLI on this board. I guess it SLI and I were not meant to be :ohwell:

. I have my sight on x2x00xtx on crossfire and DFI board down the road.

I don't think 800W is necessary but either way both board and defective vid card are going back to the vendors. Newegg's replacement came today. I got DS3 Rev 3.3 for my defective Rev 1.0, hehehe. The replacement card came the day after I contact Dell for replacement. Gotta love that speedy over night airborne express.

I didn't think SLI would work on a Xfire MB :confused:

It does on some boards, with hacked drivers. But the P5B has 1 16x slot and 1 4x slot, so it's probably not worth it anyway.

On some nForce4 2x16 pcie mobo's with hacked drivers, iirc. But it only runs at 2x8.
