I'm ready and willing to sell my LAN system to fund upgrades to my main PC. I'd like to hear of interest in the whole thing, or parts from TPU.
The part where this gets hazy on the rules is that in order to take pics i'd have to disassemble the whole thing - which isnt worth doing if no ones interested in my prices.
If i get interest in at least $300 of stuff, pics WILL BE UPLOADED, before i get any money.
Prices are $au, shipping not included in any prices. Guesstimate of $10 for aussies, probably $25 for overseas (excl. case and PSU, they might cost more)

If someone wants to buy multiple parts, PM me and we can work out a slightly cheaper deal.

    Pending List
    • 4x1GB 1110MHz samsung ram. 2.1V 6-8-8-25. It runs happily aty 960-1000MHz at 5-5-5-15. $50 for two sticks, $80 for all 4.
    • Asus P5V-EM HDMI mATX mobo. can do 400FSB fairly easily. $150
    • Silverstone TJ08 case. Its fairly beaten up, really only of interest if someone wants the entire PC, as it will protect it on its journey. Silver. Free if someone buys the lot, really not worth shipping otherwise. Make an offer if the other parts sell.
    • OCZ GameXstream 600W (Fan modded for silence. Still stable at 500W load) $70 (fan mod voids warranty, so price is low)
    • Second Q6600 to BrooksyX

    SOLd list
    • Q6600 2.4GHz quad core. I had it stable at 3.5GHz for a long time, in a mATX system. CPU is lapped. Can do better in a better system, i'm sure. $100
    • 150GB raptor X (Clear top edition) Good condition, but i'm waiting for SSD. $120
    • Thermalright ultra 90 w/ AM2 and 775 adaptor. $65

Before i sold the 8800GTX out of it, this is of the LAN rig assembled.

shipping to the USA aint so slow. when i buy stuff from the USA, it takes about a week normally. 2 weeks is the longest i've had to wait.

Just to prevent multiple PM's over the same items:

Q6600, Thermalright cooler, and raptor are all pending to paulie atm. §¢örÞ¡ön® is second in line on the raptor.
Second Q6600 is pending to BrooksyX (This one may take a bit longer, as i'd need to get a new CPU in before i can sell it)

First post updated. Stuff sold to paulieG.
    Taking his pics now.

Its blurry and he gets a free toe. But pic is taken. (yes, special WD blue SATA cable and raptor carry bag are included in the sale)

as an FYI for paulie, the CPU is inside a small plastic container, padded, and smothered in tape so it cant come out. It might be a little hard to see at first glance in the box when you receive it.

I can see it was not too hard to sell these parts, as they were all good parts in good condition and properly priced!

If only I had any money left, after my last project....

Bit surprised honestly. tried selling it locally and people didnt want it. Eww fan modded, eww its lapped, its worthless now, OMG that ram needs 2.1V, etc etc.

Some people just dont know a bargain when they see it... and those people just lost out to TPU users!
(especially the Q6600's... its still $300+ for a matching quad new, and they tend to get stuck at 3.2Ghz)

I know exactly what you mean! Some people dismiss a good offer just to imagine they know better! It' s really funny! I got my qx9650 from fits and cost me a third of its current price.... OCing it like crazy and never had a glitch!

The best one was someone who backed out of buying this entire PC because her friend told her to get a different one. He said that intels run too hot, and that even with the thermalright cooler the Q6600 would run too hot in the local weather (which hits high 30's/low 40's in summer)

His suggestion was a 125W athlon 64 x2 6000+, on stock cooling. Yep, lets swap a 95W TDP chip with high end cooling for a 125W CPU with stock cooling. Smart.
