Ive been wracking my brain for years trying to figure out the name of this damn video game that I used to play. I believe it was on the NES. I used to own the game but I sold it and the NES (cant be sega as I still own that and all my games for it) to Funcoland back in the day (now gamestop).
Anyway, you start off the game as this dude i think you used to wield a sword but im not entirely sure. The very first bad guy you encounter in the castle as you begin the game is this giant floating eye. Then the rest of it is somewhat of a blur. I can only remember bits and pieces of the game as I could not get very far. I think the first boss is just outside of the castle.
I know this really isnt much to go on but if anyone has any idea of what it could be could you please post? lol. Ive been racking my brain for years and i just cant remember the name of the game.
