Low max overclocks 4850

my 4850 easily goes above 750 in gpu-tool ill upload the bios if you wish because tbh mate it sounds to really be the only way

Well I've managed to get it above 750 now, infact I can get it to 800 but it artefacts something crazy, I need to up the volts for a high overclock now I think : [
