I got Mass Effect on the Steam sale and it is a great game, as I thought. Only 3.75€ :twitch:
I already logged 30 hours and probably still have some more until it's over. Certainly gonna get Mass Effect 2 now

I thought this was an MMO. Or is it a regular RPG?

I think it's better then Fallout 3, but everyone has their own opinion. Lots of playing time for this game that's for sure it will keep you occupied for quite a bit and the graphics are top notch much better looking then Fallout.

    stinger608 says thanks.

can someone see my spec and see should I get any lagging on ultrahigh settings for this game?

i do got playable framerates but game would free for 1-2s every 20s interval or so. the game is installed in 60gb os partition which have like 13gb free now (i know it's below recommended  )

also, can i move the game to the other partition without reinstalling ?

Yeah I went ahead and bought it. I mean $5 for an epic game, why not? I get to play it on all high for a couple days before I ship out my 9800GTX+ :(

No, you should not be getting the lag. And you will probably have to reinstall as just moving the game will not work. It may be better anyhow, due to your lag issue. Maybe a reinstall will fix that issue.

Yeah, the game should be very playable with those settings. Have you tried defragmenting the disc?

Like everyone says you should be fine. You're system might be lagging due to pagefile issues and and overloaded HDD. I would disable System restore to clear old restore points and then enable it again. If your OS is old it should free up some more space. Also, HDDs are pretty inexpensive these days so I would recommend picking up a drive for data.

I hate to be a bear, but the actual total after the coupon code is $4.95, I spent .04 cents less than I thought I was. YAY!

I bet saving 7gb on the OS partition helps out a lot. Time for a 1tb hdd i guess :D

This will fill the 3 hour gap between courses on Tuesday very nicely.
