24 bucks for mass effect would be the best spent 24 dollars ever..lol..
I wish more people made games like this..
I made sure I saw all the endings..
lol even the evil one.. :)..
I played my first run through as a nice guy..
the second time I was a jerk to everyone..lol..
    it was great...

people are all like.. "hey we can talk about this"
then I was like.. "nope, you suck, you die"
    lol priceless..

Mass Effect was one of the best games I've played last year. The whole game was just great fun and the storyline was presented in a cinematic way. Overall a solid 8/10 rating from me.

My biggest complaint was with the control system..keymapping away from the default WASD keys would break some of the menu functions. But I got around it by remapping the keys of my Deathadder instead of in-game :D

I stopped playing through it my second time, maybe I will give it another try again soon. I get bored of games soon so I take breaks and go back and forth between all my favorites. The story was awesome though, I loved it.

20 bucks? dang I just bought it for like 40, 2 weeks ago..lol..
    hell it was worth it..

stalker though, I didn't get into..
    idk.. it bored me..
it was like everything felt the same.

can it be played in 3rd person with accurate aim?
that might make it worthwhile to me.
I still have it sitting here collecting dust.

    painkiller?
    my god..
I got that game in some triple pack..
    and it was horrible..
    sorry..
    it has no storyline..
and every single map has absolutely no point to it..
demon mode just makes your screen black and white and has no attacks.
other than some warping effect that seems way to weak..

    that game pissed me off..
I bought it and there was nothing more to it than killing.
    non-stop killing..
they throw swarms and swarms of enemies at you with no apparent reason.
Then they toss you into another room, with swarms and swarms of enemies..
it was such a horrible game..lol..

the only thing neat about it was boss fights..
but the AI in the game is so pathetically retarded they can't even walk or run correctly..
they get hung up on anything and everything..

I wasted money on that game.
but hey to each their own..
    enjoy..

I have been playing the crap out of Mass Effect. I recently just killed the Matriarch bitch and freed that Arachna thing or w/e it was called. I am guessing I have quite a bit to go before I beat it eh?

I am REALLY loving it so far tho. Graphics.. Story.. all 10/10. Definitely one of the best games I have ever played. The story is starting to get a little epic too.

Yeah you can start another game with the same character with all the same weapons and stats and such. I'm hoping the sequels allow you to do the same (provided they follow the same character).

Oh yeah the combat is much more fun when there's a challenge. You actually can't even get all the weapons the first time around, there's no way. You get up to like XII for most and special spectre weapons on the second go round.

    ShadowFold says thanks.
